Journal 58 | An Ick for Social Media

I can feel the irritation that grows when I'm scrolling for too long. I guess it's an overload of too many people. I keep reminding myself that life is not about social media. Life is not about making the best posts or sharing the best content. Although it's something that makes me happy, it's not something that's fulfilling; it's just an avenue to experience that which fulfills me.
